Team Landing Page
I took it upon myself to create a landing page in Notion for the team as a one-stop shop for anytime worked on something Nainai's Recipe-related. This made our large team efficient, and helped when onboarding other students who helped on the project.
It also boosted team morale to place their work as decor for this home-base!

Shotgrid
Because this was the largest scale project I had worked on at this point in time, it seemed logical to use Shotgrid to manage our team and workflow. I learned this program with tutorials as well as playing around with the templates and views to optimize our use of the program.

Task Templates
Below is how I set up my task templates with consideration for each step of the process throughout the pipeline as well as which tasks needed more time and care.

File Management
We used Dropbox to organize our files. I made sure to separate our work in phases by each quarter because our school year is run by a three-quarter system. The way the folders are set up make the files easy to look through but also minimize the amount of clicks needed to reach a file.

Naming Conventions
When creating the naming conventions I aimed to be as concise and consistent as possible while also being detailed enough to distinguish between files.

Schedule
We used Google Calendar to organize our schedule because it is easy to use, can be accessed on any device, and is available to anyone with a Google account. I created two separate calendars for my team: one for our production schedule and the other for our meetings and major deliverables.
Aside from our weekly Friday meetings, co-producers and our director decided to have separate meetings twice a week to discuss any issues arising in production and set long-term goals.
